1. CALL TO ORDER
The roll having been called, Chair E. Budd declared a quorum at 6:03 p.m. and the
following business was conducted.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
On a motion by R. Pelusio, seconded by D. Yin, the Landmarks Board approved
(5-0) the minutes as amended of the May 3, 2017 Landmarks Board meeting minutes.
3. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION FOR ITEMS NOT ON THE PUBLIC AGENDA
Tom Hoyt, 1315 9t"St., offered that he and his wife are here this evening and happy
to answer questions regarding 13219th St.
4. DISCUSSION OF LANDMARK ALTERATION AND DEMOLITION
