• What would the impact on enforcement be if any code is not specified
locally (where not indicated otherwise, Boulder would follow state
code)?
Business Manager
• Is there a public safety need or particular intent for the misdemeanor
review and process to deny business manager approval?
• Are there similar background checks and reviews for other Boulder
businesses’ personnel where a license is required?
• Are there similar background checks and reviews for other Boulder
businesses’ personnel where a license is required?
