TheFarmersDitchisanimportantpartoftheareaandhashistoricsignificance. - Parklandandoutdoorspaceswillcontinuetobeanimportantaspectofthecivicareato - accommodatepassiveenjoyment,recreation,socialgatheringsandevents,butcouldbe reconfigured. TheBoulderDushanbeTeahouseandtheCityStorageandTransferBuilding,current - homeofBoulderMuseumofContemporaryArt(BMoCA),willremainintheircurrent locations.
