1. CALL TO ORDER:
T. Krueger called the meeting to order at 5:04 p.m.
2. BOARD HEARINGS:
Docket No.: 2012-06
Address: 1165 Fairfield Drive
Applicant: Robert and Nancy DeAngelo
Setback Variance: As part of a proposal for a new 6'-0" deep foyer addition with 5'-0"
porch in front, the applicant is requesting a variance to the front yard setback. The
resulting front yard setback will be 16.8' where 25' is required, and where approximately
27.8' exists. Section of the Land Use Regulations to be modified: Section 9-7-1, BRC
1981.

B. Holmes presented the item to the board. Staff is in support of the application as requested.

Peter Geise, 365 Jackson Circle, Louisville, CO 80026, representative for the owners, presented the
item to the board.

None.
Board Discussion
The Board members discussed if the application was minimum relief and if it met the residency
requirements.
Motion
On a motion by K liondorf, seconded by NI. Hirsch, the Board of Zoning Adjustment approved
a continuance. (4-0) to the application (Docket 2012-06) to the Aug st 9. 201.2 hear

On a motion by M. Hirsch, seconded by L. Coates, the Board of Zoning; Adjustment
approved (4-0) the June 14, 2012 minutes as amended.
